Invite all your senses to the natural splendor of Northern New Mexico for Summer Solstice.
This sacred juncture marks the apex of annual light – offering a potent moment to tend to our inner illumination and revitalization.
RETREAT SETTING & EXPERIENCE
Vallecitos Mountain Ranch is a magical 135-acre wildlife refuge and sanctuary seven miles from the nearest paved road and surrounded by thousands of acres of ancient forest. With a river running through it, Vallecitos is home to the oldest Ponderosa pine in the Carson National Forest, lush alpine meadows, abundant wildlife and natural cold springs.
Together, we will immerse in 5 rhythmic days of yoga and meditation in nature. This is an opportunity for authentic retreat into simplicity and rejuvenation. Imagine fresh mountain air, luminous night skies, meditative quietude, sharing around the bonfire, hiking and walking adventures, river canyons and waterfalls, wholesome feasts grown local and organic, warmth in the company of friends, and ample time to rest and relax.
A beautiful and historic log cabin lodge will house our two daily practice sessions, co-created by longtime teachers Wendelin and Shawn. These inspired guides are coming together with intention and joy to hold space for a collective journey of renewal.
Accommodations include cozy casitas and yurts — with camping also available for those interested.
