Trisha is a health coach, learning experience designer, and mindfulness + yoga teacher, empowering people to activate vitality in their lives and health.
As a board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC), professional certified coach (PCC, ICF), board-certified nutritionist (CNS), and instructional designer, she has a wellspring of knowledge and practice in the healing arts of mindfulness, yoga, functional nutrition, and planting the seeds of learning and growth. She has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years across diverse populations - from veterans, children, to people navigating building a home, career, and a spiritual life. She coaches people longing to connect with greater vitality in their personal and professional lives and designs educational programs to help bridge the gap between knowledge and action—empowering people to become active participants in their journey of well-being.
