Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders. Our emails with Zoom links can end up there even if you have been taking online classes with us for awhile, especially if you are using a new or less usual device. If this happens more than once reach out to our Staff.
Zoom
If you have trouble entering a Zoom Class, or the link you received sends you to and empty “Zoom Class” issues, this is a Zoom software problem. Please a download the most recent version of Zoom and try signing in again with the link you received.
Unable to Sign Into Class/MindBody Account
• Try using Google Chrome as a web browser. Our studio/web software, MindBody, doesn’t always like Safari. This can happen even if you have been taking online classes with us for awhile.
• If you are from a time zone east of Santa Fe, NM please take the time difference into account and sign up for class well in advance. Unfortunately MindBody is set up to use the time zone you live in to determine whether a class is still available time-wise. For example, if you live in New York/Eastern Time Zone and want to take a class in Santa Fe/Mountain Time Zone at 10:00am, you must register by 9:59 am in New York/Eastern Time Zone.
• If you are unable to sign into a class roster or are directed to pay and you think you have a pass. There is a chance your pass has run out. Check your account or reach out to Staff.
