LISA FEDER

Lisa, MBA, RYT-500, E-RYT-200, incorporates many traditions into her practices. She has certifications in Hatha, Hatha Flow, Kundalini, and I-rest Yoga Nidra. She has had the opportunity to study with Donna Farhi, Sean Corne, Sarah Powers, Anodea Judith, Beth Shaw, Amy Weintraub, Gary Kraftsow, and Richard Miller. She recently completed her iRest certification, so that she can help people more deeply tune in to their true nature and find peace, calm, and relaxation.

Lisa’s approach is balanced, and she likes to bring mindfulness, humor, challenge, and deep relaxation into all her practices. She considers herself a “practical yogini” focused on how students can take Yoga off the mat and into their lives.

Lisa is especially interested in helping students find a yoga practice that really works for them, and she believes that yoga can provide more ease and comfort to all. Lisa loves helping people explore how to incorporate mindful habits and practices into their daily lives in a fun and sustainable way. Her favorite thing is hearing about the positive changes her participants make for themselves.
