EDIE TSONG
Edie came to yoga by way of healing sports injuries. She draws from her practices as an artist, writer, and athlete to cultivate classes full of creativity, curiosity, and intimacy for well being and deep healing. Her classes combine subtle attunement and alignment in ground-based work, along with dynamic and balancing asana. Edie holds a 500 hr and SATYA (Somatic Awareness Training for Yoga Awareness) certifications from Prajna Yoga, where she has studied with Tias and Surya Little and others since 2008. She has taught classes, individual sessions, workshops, and retreats since 2012.
