“Dwell as near as possible to the channel in which your life flows.” — Henry David Thoreau

Join beloved yoga guides and long-time collaborators Shawn Parell and Wendelin Scott for an extended weekend of rejuvenation at Beyul Retreat, a secluded valley haven along the Frying Pan River near Aspen, Colorado.

Invite all your senses to the threshold between spring and summer—a time of intensified renewal and possibility. Surrounded by aspen groves, wildflower meadows, and snow-capped peaks, Beyul invites you to immerse yourself in and be deeply restored by the natural world’s peace and splendor.

This retreat invites you to the quiet embodiment and joyful awakening of your own vital life force. Mornings will open with silent meditation and dynamic yoga inspired by the landscape and season. Afternoons are full of possibilities – outdoors to scenic trails, the riverside hot tub, or a refreshing cold plunge in the river. You might curl up with a book on the porch, unwind in the sauna, or receive a deeply nurturing bodywork treatment.

We’ll gather before dinner for restorative practice sessions, and close each day stargazing beneath the vast night sky, gathered around the bonfire, or simply resting in the dreamscape of deep retreat.

Stay in sweet, cozy cabins or shared rooms and enjoy two organic, chef-prepared meals daily. (All accommodations include kitchens for preparing your own breakfasts.)
