Wendelin is co-director of YogaSouce. Wendelin has been teaching Yoga for twelve years and is currently pursuing Iyengar certification. She is a devoted student of Advaita Vedanta and has studied with her Vedanta teacher Shubhraji for over ten years. She holds a Masters in Eastern Classics and Sanskrit from St. John’s College. Amy Spurlock

Amy is co-director of Yogasource. Amy Spurlock began studying Yoga Asana in 1995 in both the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga systems. Amy’s teaching style is influenced by her primary teachers, Tias Little and Aadil Palkivala. She teaches students the structural alignment in order to increase the movement of energy and prana through the physical body. Her classes are energizing with an inward focus.

Chrissie began practicing yoga in 1996 when her father brought her to her first yoga class. Since then she has practiced with teachers from the Iyengar tradition and Anusara style.
