Lily has loved yoga since 2006 and her joy for the practice radiates through her instruction. Her classes are both playful and meditative; challenging and relaxing: a place to get to know your body and explore the vastness of your inner light. Lily's teaching focuses on fostering awareness, strength, mobility, flexibility and relaxation. Her sequencing explores the power and depth of the myriad ways in which we can move and breath, and aims to leave her students more connected to the profound, inherent wisdom of their own bodies. Sometimes, at the end of class, she sings. Lily completed the YogaSource 200 hour Teacher Training in 2015, and is currently enrolled in the YogaSource 300 hour Teacher Training. When she is not practicing and teaching yoga, Lily enjoys making music, baking pies, being outside, and laughing with the people she loves.
