Once you book your flight please forward your travel information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
A minibus will be arranged to pick the group up at 3:30pm (15:30) on September 25th at the airport (Fumicino or Ciampino). We may arrange one bus from one airport or if there are enough people at each airport we will arrange 2 minibuses – one at each airport.
Even if you arrive to Italy hours or days early, you will need to either wait at the airport or make your way back to the airport by 3:30pm on the 25th.
The closest train station is Stimigliano. If you would rather come by train, you will need to let us know far in advance so we can arrange taxi service from the train station. Although, your arrival time according to the train schedule puts you arriving to InSabina after the first Yoga Class, later in the evening.
The shuttle bus will depart InSabina on October 3rd at 10am. The bus will take you to either of the two airports in Rome. If you are booking your flight out the same day, please make sure it is later in the evening, as the airport is approximately 90 minutes from InSabina.

Leading the Retreat
Melissa enrolled in her first Yoga class in 1993, and has been a devoted student of Yoga ever since. She completed her first Yoga teacher training and began teaching in 1997. She went on to complete over six teacher trainings with celebrated teachers from around the world. She has created, facilitated and directed workshops, retreats, specialized programs, wellness and Yoga centers, teacher trainings, and has maintained regular weekly classes for 22 years. Her love of Yoga led her to become an Ayurvedic practitioner, licensed massage therapist, and licensed psychotherapist. All of these modalities help her support others in unifying the mind, body, and spirit to a richer place of wholeheartedness.
Sara began studying yoga at Yoga Source in 2005 and was hooked after one class. Now a Co-Director of YogaSource and Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher at the Intermediate Jr. I level, Sara’s teaching focuses on bringing strength, stability and humor to the practice of Yoga, both on and off the mat. "Cultivating Joy" is how she describes her personal practice. Sara has studied extensively with Senior Iyengar Teacher Patricia Walden; completing Patricia’s 2-year Teacher Training program in 2015. Sara has also studied with Geeta Iyengar in Pune, India.
