Native to Santa Fe, New Mexico, Carolina returned home after years of exploring many parts of the world. Through her participation in a number of trainings, and the development and consistency of her home study, she has come to realize that part of the practice is to share the practice. It is from a place of sincere gratitude that Carolina conducts her classes, emphasizing proper alignment and a sense of safety to nurture the unraveling and rebuilding that may easily occur.
Carolina holds a bachelors of science in psychology from The New School and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in the Eastern Classics Program at St. John’s College. Her greatest achievement to date is the birth of her son, which inspired her interest in prenatal yoga. She has been fortunate enough to study this topic with Santa Fe’s very own, Linda Spackman.
