Wendelin's classes encourage conscious
awareness and skillful alignment. Her
classes have a depth and completeness
that consistently offer students both
challenge and nourishment. She aspires
for yoga students to gain strength, flexibility
and courage as well as to develop a practice
that brings calm and steady joy to mind

of the most hopeful methods for looking
at our own strengths and weaknesses and
coming to tender appreciation for our
own lives and the lives of all others.”
She describes her teaching style as, "attentive,
well-informed, challenging, practical
and playful.”
