Yoga
has been part of Ja Soons life for many years.
Her practice has deepened in the last decade through
studies with respected teachers in both Iyengar
and Ashtanga traditions.
Her
teaching layers the classical knowledge of Asanas
from the Iyengar tradition with her own body wisdom
into an intelligent sequence of poses, woven together
by breath, alignment and, joyful participation.
Her classes are inspired, energetic, gently challenging,
and based on mindfulness. She enjoys sharing her
love of yoga and invites students to pierce deeply
within for exploration into our true nature. She
communicates with clarity, and compassion, encouraging
all to join her toward Self discovery and onto the
vast path of transformative yogic life.
She
has been teaching at YogaSource since 2002 and offers
her deeptest gratitude to Tias and Surya for their
courage and faith.
