Chrissie Bednarek
Chrissie began practicing yoga in 1996 when her father brought her to her first yoga class. Since then she has practiced with teachers from the Iyengar tradition and Anusara style. She is a Registered Nurse and began teaching yoga in 2008. The body’s complex and astonishing anatomy and physiologic processes inspire her. She believes fully that the body has an unlimited capacity for healing and wellness when provided with a balance of positive mental attention, proper nutrition, mindful movement and vital energy. Chrissie teaches with a focus on structural alignment and encourages students to be guided by their own inner observations for inspiration and insight.
