LEVEL I - II
For students who have attended Level I classes and are ready for a more advanced beginning class. The basic postures are presented in more challenging ways with focus on deep fundamentals of yoga.

LEVEL II
Introducing more challenging asanas, sun salutations, and inversions. These classes also include insights into deeper practice.

LEVEL II - III
Presumes students are familiar with most standing poses, intermediate inversions, and backbends. Longer time in poses, further variations, and more challenging and vigorous sequences are typical. Previous yoga experience is required.

LEVEL III
Experienced students and those seeking a challenging practice. Knowledge of intermediate practice required. Please be aware that this is a demanding class.

IYENGAR
Iyengar Yoga is the most widely recognized form of Yoga in the world. Iyengar concentrates on physical alignment, often using props such as straps, blocks, and bolsters to assist the student. We recommend Iyengar yoga as essential in deepening the understanding of yoga asanas.

YIN YOGA
A slow, deep stretch class in the Yin style/Taoist yoga tradition. For those who want to open to new levels of flexibility in a quiet setting. Everyone welcome!

RESTORATIVE
This calming, restorative class uses props to support the body in order to deepen the benefits of poses. Both soothing and nurturing, this class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. An opportunity to be still, relax, and let go.

PRANAYAMA
These classes are designed to bring recuperation to the internal organs, the nerves, and the consciousness. The poses are quiet and the attention is brought inward. This class also teaches the basic principles of yogic breathing.

VINYASA
A dynamic flowing style of yoga, harmonizing breath and movement to give strength, grace, and freedom.

PRE & POSTNATAL
A safe and supportive environment for both expectant and new mothers. Postures in this class are modified, and help ease pregnancy and delivery by building strength, creative flexibility and emphasizing proper breathing. Beginners welcome.

The right class will also be the most enjoyable class. Please be sure to let your teacher know before class if you have any injury, serious illness, if you are pregnant, or have recently had a baby.
